So I had a panic attack at work and i had no one to call so I ended up calling my boss and having him calm me down.

I'm sorry you had that happen. But I would say that you did have someone to call, your boss.

Maybe in a few days, meet with them again and talk about it. Let them know how much you appreciate what they did. You never know, it might happen again.
