Welcome to Susan's Place. The medications you describe are some of the ones normally used in a transition. The medications prescribe depend somewhat on what your body requires and what is available in your country. An examples is in the United States, not all the blockers are available so alternatives are used even when the medication not permitted may be the best option. I don't know enough to provide recommendations however I suspect others will provide more information.
