...so we're going to let the weather geese take this one!  :laugh:

Here they are at 8:00 AM before the snow started. That's remnants from the other day in the picture. Today we're in the 8 to 15 inch range on the forecast.

Hey you citified ruffian. you stay inside and keep safe and warm. If those geese know enough to stay in a sheltered area take their cue and do it yourself.

Wow, we got 1/2 an inch of snow  and they canceled schools. Really, Maryland? 

So, where you are from in that Beantown place, is the expression, "having your geese in a row?" I always thought it was ducks.

Back in 2009 I was in Sykesville MD for some training.  When I arrived there was a little snow on the ground.  When I woke up the next morning to begin training because it had snowed so hard everything looked the same.

Well they could be but I doubt that citified ruffian would know how to get one of them ready for cooking. She's such a city girl. Besides for her she probably feels like they are kin, she is such a silly goose herself.

Ha, I have a funny for you guys. Living in the south with the cold is very unique compared to you all up north. I live in Florida right now and it is expounded. It only got really cold in my city and no snow expected. They canceled school for 2 days here. Many said well the bridges could have iced over and caused issues with the buses getting there. That's a good one, but if that were the case up north they wouldn't go to school for 4 months. In Mississippi they shut down everything for 2 inches of snow. So in the south cold and snow just messes with us crazily!!!!

76 degrees here with a beautiful clear blue sky. We only see snow on the ground about once every 10 years and then, maybe a couple of inches which melt in a day or two. Last "snow storm" was about 5 years ago.

Weather Channel guy that's always on scene for the absolute worst weather conditions. He's famous for his thundersnow video. He went coocoo the first time he witnessed it.
