I live in Russia. Here there is no freedom (a very traditional patriarch society )therefore these problems are held back because of rigid interdictions for everything that is connected with correction and gender change. In Russia such people (transsexuals, hermafroditic) are considered mentally abnormal .Unfortunately, at the moment the Russian society is a society with rigid traditions which deny presence and possibility at people of sexual anomalies, therefore all who has them, cannot receive the qualified help: they are waited by a psychiatric clinic ( with forced "treatment" in accordance with the passport gender ).
I has high-grade female external genitals which are completely closed by the man's. Besides it has internal female sexual bodies - the uterus and ovaries. Because of presence of the man's phenotype closing external female genitals I has, unfortunately, a legal male. My problem consists that throughout all my life male's gonads kill my female organism. At first in the childhood I had frequent inflow of heat (characteristic for women in the climacteric period), further these attacks began to be accompanied by sensation of an intolerable tickling. In adolescence the period my condition has even more strongly worsened: there were proof vascular infringements and a proof hormonal hypertensia. My conditionals reached that I and lose consciousness. During these moments concentration of testosterone (according to the analysis) made 19,89 nmol/l while the norm for a female organism makes 0,2 nmol/l. Concentration of 17-beta-estradiol (E2) according the analysis has made 63 pmol/l that corresponds to the period of menopause. Further because of sharp deficiency of an estrogen the strongest osteoporosis has developed. At this time, unfortunately, I knew nothing about my disease, doctors intentionally to conceal corresponding data with the x-rays image of my female genitals. Therefore disease progressed, that has led to distortion of a knee joint and a curvature of the form of my feet. I hardly moved. All it could lead to full destruction if I could not find out about my problem on my own I managed to weaken a powerful work male's gonads, at the expense of acceptance local (on area scrotal) radonic baths (radiation is capable to narrow vessels and thus to interfere blood supply to the scrotum and testicular, and thus to break them innervations).Thanks to it I has started to move independently, has thrown a crutch, but alas my remained awfully crippled. Unfortunately, because of the big emission of male's sexual hormones of change has undergone also my appearance. Already do not help radonic baths, estrogenic and antiandrogen preparations. Man's sexual gonads do not allow to develop to my female sexual system. If not the Russian society and the legislation in Russia any person who does not agree with its passport sex is considered to be mentally ill and is subject to compulsory treatment in accordance with a passport in a psychiatric clinic the problem could be solved by carrying out bilaterial orchidectomia, but in view of the adverse situation which has developed in Russia for such people it is impossible. Once at me even has begun insignificant menstruation and my condition began to improve, but male's gonads have there and then typed twice the big activity and has occurred male's orgasm. And my condition again has sharply worsened. For some time I was able to improve my condition by taking based on plant extracts with isoflavones (derivatives of 3-phenylchromone). However, the low affinity of these compounds (for genistein K_d = 360 * 10 ^ (-9) M with respect to ERalpha, and for ERbeta K_d = 9 * 10 ^ (-9) M in comparison with K_d = 1,1 * 10 ^ ( -9) for 17-beta-estradiol) contributes to their short-term estrogenic effects. In addition, isoflavones have a fairly flexible molecule, compared with more "rigid" molecules of steroid compounds, which is one of the reasons for their small affinity. Isoflavones could be replaced by a more active compound, cumestrol (the benzofurancoumarin derivative) having a more rigid molecule, and correspondingly a stronger and prolonged estrogenic effect. But this compound is absent in the chemically pure form on the Russian market .Synthetic preparations 17-beta estradiol, which is on the exist Russian pharmaceutical market I can not accept - tell affects the severe depletion of the cardiovascular system. I heard that in Denmark, gender-change operations were fully legalized and excluded from mental disorders. Maybe one of you knows of a clinic in Denmark, where I could apply for surgical ejaculation (removal of the male genitalia and gonads).
