So 4 days in and I feel balanced. Maybe it's just the relief of finally being on my way- but I feel - happy- overall.
Is it wrong for me to be anxious/impatient for the physical changes to occur?🤷🏼‍♀️

Not at all unusual to be impatient,  but it's a long game. Try your best to enjoy the ride,  but don't focus on it. Let the chemistry do it's magical thing, and live your life, because that's what this is really all about [emoji6].

At this point most of the changes you are noticing are probably from the relief of finally starting your journey. The mental changes usually sneak in and may take a month or two before you start noticing them. I have been on the ride a little over 9 months. Although I have noticed quite a few mental and physical changes, I am still impatient for more! It is certainly nice to have something to look forward to. From what I have read most changes take place within the first two years, but the changes will slowly continue for many years to come. Enjoy the ride!
