Ok I am out to everyone in my life except my parents....here is what I did I put a photo of my self on Facebook mot in full makeup but definetly looking feminine as hell.  My aunt is on my Facebook list and one of her friends is on my list as well.  I did it as a way to kind of come clean in my own way I know I am going to be questioned about the photo because I know tbey are going to say something to my parents.  What do y'all think about this?

Once it's on Facebook, the entire world knows.  So, yup, you are going to be out to your parents soon.  Good luck!

I have done the same. Updated my profile picture and got a bunch of crazy comments and recommendations for the next hair salon. Most recent picture is with a hat and winter jacket but I still look way girly. At least this time I did not get any hair comments. I also changed my Gender to female...
Catch for me is that my wife's parents do not know and they literally comment on every move I make on FB. I am pretty much waiting in her to tell her parents, then I change Facebook. All other social media is already changed.
They could know, I keep commenting on all kind of TG related stuff...

Ya I'm pretty sure your parents already know by now. Unless they think its a Halloween costume. But I mean everyone already knows. Your parents might as well know too.
If I've known you more than an hour, I prolly love you  :icon_redface:

I had a pretty traumatic experience with Facebook to begin with.  One night shortly after disclosing to my self, I was enjoying a nice bottle of wine and I changed my name.  The next morning I woke up and remembered I was an admin of my company's Facebook page, and I went into complete freak out, especially when I realized that Facebook wouldn't let me change my name again for was it 60 days?  There was a loophole, though, which involved emailing them a copy of my Drivers License.  I did do that, and they switched it back, but that was one of the worst moments of my life.  I felt as if I had completely betrayed myself.  I was crying so hard.

But I spent the next 60 days getting my Facebook account to where I thought it should be, and I did change my gender, and then I changed my name back to what it should be and what it is.

Then yesterday I changed my profile picture to be an actual photograph of my self with a wig, makeup and breast forms.  Right now I am still so happy.  I mean just really really happy.
