Im not sure if this is something that happens to people not on hrt or anything. It happens to me every so often. My penis will go from an outie to more like an innie all on it's own. It just does it. Im not on anything.

It just retracts on it's own. It helps me soo much! I wish it would do it on it's own way more often.

First I'd ask if you were circumcised.  It seems to happen to uncircumcised (amab) folks more frequently in my experiences.   (I worked as a RN in nursing homes and hospitals).   I've seen several of them become innies, especially when the testosterone declines in functioning and erections occur less frequently.
