Today, I decided to do the S.A.G.E. test again.  Yes, I know on-line tests are not perfect by a LONG shot but I am a sucker for them. I did the test back in May 2017 and I wondered if there was any difference as I wanted to really make the effort to give totally honest answers and not try to steer the test in any way so I did it again.

The result below is from May 2017:

Then today's test (11th Jan 2018) 8 months later:
Your Raw score is:  775, which indicates that overall you are Feminine
Your appearance is: Masculine
Your brain processes are mostly that of a Female person.
You appear to socialize in a very feminine manner.
You believe you have serious conflicts about your gender identity.
You indicated you were born Male.
ANALYSIS:
Male to Female Transsexual in doubt about your ability to successfully transition.
NOTES:
           Your Answers indicate your psychological state has likely prevailed since you were quite young.

So, quite a change there in 8 months.  Not sure what to make about that.  I expected the results to be closer to each other.  Has the change been too fast?  Is it a good or bad thing?  I know these things do have to be taken with a pinch of salt and there is no substitute for professional therapy but I thought I'd have a go while I was waiting!

Any opinions on the differences you lovely people?

If you put in the energy to take the SAGE and actually spend the time required to answer all the questions. Then you are DEFINITELY transgender.

Cisgenders don't even think about this stuff.

That's the truth! 

I think the first time you took the test, you answered more on how you thought you should answer. And the second time you took it, you tried to look passed all that and answered honestly. That's the problem with these test sometimes is that even when you feel like your being honest, you might be lying to yourself. So the second time around is always more realistic. I'm a test addict. Just reading this makes me want to do the sage again to see what I get. xD

I can see that there are problems with this test.  There were last time I did it, too, probably a couple of years ago.   

Last time, I got: "Male to Female Transsexual in doubt about your ability to successfully transition.",  This time, I got: "Male to Female Transsexual, who is a serious candidate for Gender Reassignment Surgery."  So I guess it's not too far off.

It's a slow night, and I got 640, post op or in transition.

I think that score really is biased against those in STEM fields.

Just for fun i did it again. But I remember what I didn't like so much about this test. Certain answers just aren't there. Like I want to paint my room hot pink, where's that option? And fox is the most adorable choice for an animal. And so much is about being aroused and wanting to change usually means you answer with the word hate. And like you actual physical appearance has nothing to do with where you want to transition, only that it may stop you from going through with it. It's great for people just figuring things out but that's about it.

Still you scored higher than me. One of my friends calls me the glitter princess. Maybe I didn't use enough glitter. xD

I found this to be an interesting test however CLEARLY skewed to old-school stereotypes.

I suppose it's close, it's pretty much what I got the last time I took it but I don't exactly have an androgynous appearance though.

I got 490, androgynous in living and appearance and female in thinking and "a good candidate for srs'. Also "you answers indicate your physiological state has persisted from a young age.

Seems pretty accurate in as far as it goes.

I finally managed to complete the test. Took me an hour! I was honest answering the questions. But there were no surprises in the answer. Maybe the intersexed thing. How do I know if I am intersexed?

I first thought it was an only mtf test. But it wasn't.
