hiya. for privacy purposes, i don't really feel like using my actual name on here, so call me...dag? dag. that works. i'm 20 years old (21 in feb). i'm intersex and i identify as a guy. i was raised with a female gender assignment, ergo i'm decidedly not cis.

i'm pre-everything medically speaking but i would like to pursue it someday, if my already bonkers hormones don't just give me the HRT for free; i've got more body hair than most cis men that i've met, except for my goat scruff, which, in conjunction with what my mom has deemed my "goat legs," makes me an honorary caprid, i think.

i've been "out" re: transness officially speaking since i was about 15, but until i was about 11 i wasn't even aware that i was AFAB. i just thought everyone was confused.

i've also struggled with mental illness (PTSD and schizophrenia being the most current culprits) for pretty much my entire life, & i'd consider myself pretty knowledgeable about more things than the average bear regarding mental illness, particularly since a history of psych malpractice has prompted me to do fairly extensive research on my own terms and time.

my major passion lies in video games, but i also like music a lot.

i think i'm largely here for the intersex specific portion of the forums, but i may pop into other boards on occasion, whenever i feel like i've got something to contribute etc.

  I'm Laurie. I see you are an Elder Scrolls fan. I played some quite a while back and the I got into WoW for many years. My current addiction is Susan's Place. Welcome btw. Glad you found us. Come on in since V.M. left the door open for you. Most of us don't bite. There are a few though....  Well you'll find out about them soon enough. Don't worry your head about them for now. We'll try to keep you from harm. Oh yeah that reminds me, if someone happens to get to chewing on you or otherwise bother you the just hit that "Report to Moderator" button in the lower right of every post and we will look into it.
