Have you been on hrt and for how long? I think that matters.

They might stay that size but since you've only been on HRT for that long, you've likely got some growing left.  It's hard to tell since it's tied to genetics, hormone levels, and even then the results are unpredictable.  Expect them to not be "done" for a few years.

Mine are miserably sore at the moment due to a growth spurt.

Colleen, I share your pain!  During growth spurts for me they are incredibly itchy also.  Love the discomfort all the same.  It means they are growing.

Gemma, your breasts are nice.  Are you considering trying to stop them from further development?  You aren't hiding what you have, so let them grow.

I've been on HRT for nearly 3 months.

However, very early on to HRT the whole breast region was aching and it was pain that extended to arm pits too.

But now for the last month and a half, the only things that are hurting badly if something touches them, are the nipples. Otherwise no aches anywhere.

Just worried a bit about the growth? They've grown a bit in these 3 months, but not even A cups or anywhere near of that.

You're 3 months into a 3-5 year journey.  Mine didn't do a whole lot for the first 2-3 months and now they're really taking off.

Be patient.

Colleen is "definitely" right

I know I know, I'm a bit impatient. It's just that many of the changes to this body happened super fast for me, which is probably due to the fact, that I have naturally high estradiol level, well above highest range for a biological man. So when testo got blocked the changes started immediately.

But guess breasts wont grow overnight, like it feels that nearly everything else happened  :)

The speed at which the cognitive changes occurred made me hopeful for rapid everything else.

Unfortunately it appears that I'm normal and have to wait like everyone else.

I totally get being impatient.  I want boobs NOW, and curves, and this than and all the great stuff.  They're coming, just at a slow pace.

It takes years to grow boobs, cis or trans.  Mine stalled at 34B for about 6 months, then shot up to  34C, stayed that for several months with no growing pains at all, then went up to a 34D.  Have you asked your Dr about progesterone?  It really helped make my breasts more shapely.  Also remember most women wear the wrong bra size so don't get all caught up in what a cup is supposed to look like.  I wore a bra with a too big band a too small cup at first.  Something like a 38A.  Once I started finding a size closer to me that fit, my breasts suddenly looked better and perkier and more lifted in my bras.  ABraThatFits sub->-bleeped-<- is very helpful.
