I hate it so much!!! It grows back so quickly for me, and it's one of my biggest dysphoria triggers! I can't stand it... Seriously wish I could just get rid of it already!

I am with you on this. The fastest way to get rid of it permanently is with lasers, but it is not cheap. Make sure they really use a laser and not an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) system. In my experience IPL is useless. Even with laser there may well be some stragglers you will need electrolysis on. Laser only works on darker hair, if you have any grey you will need electrolysis for those. After nearly a year of both laser and electrolysis (about 30% grey) I am about 90% clear. It is a long, expensive, and time-consuming process, but eventually they will be gone. The sooner you start the sooner you will be done.

I planned on starting laser some time this spring, but it seems so far away! Luckily I don't have and you gray hairs yet, and my hair is dark redish, brown.

Facial hair growth will slow markedly with HRT. If you need electrolysis I recommend getting as much of it done as you can before starting hormones. The level of discomfort increases as your skin changes.

I'm with you on this too, it's my #1 trigger.  Don't do what I used to do and epilate your whole face.  I'm doing laser and electrolysis.  I'm about 50% grey, so it's taking a long while.  If I could do 10 hours of electrolysis a week I would.  I want this gone!

I'm so ready for HRT... I have a little while to go yet still though. I was getting close, but we ran into some issues with my wife not being ready to accept everything yet. So I'm holding off, while we try to sort out our marriage.

I loath facial hair. Fortunately HRT has slowed growth a bit and my little home laser device is reducing the density slowly. Its just a matter of time.

Yup facial hair and the shadow for me is terrible. Its getting better now after 3 useless ipl and 4 laser sessions. For some reason I can accept my features and bone structure but facial hair and short head hair upset me the most. I think because those two are huge gender markers

Yep same here although I have red hair that is turning white on my face so I don't really have a prominent shadow but the roughness kills me.  After therapy I think electrolysis on the face will be my next step.
