Before you started transitioning did you have numbness in your sex organ? Did it become more sensitive after T?

Yes but not in the way it used to be. My junk became more sensitive in the male sense.
Outward not inward. The other parts did become more numb for me. If you never use it, it adjusts to that.

No numbness.

It's a lot more sensitive after T though. I mean it's bigger and has grown more nerves, so I guess it's to be expected.

I'm pre transition and have experienced the opposite--my previously almost non-existent sex drive has been unbelievably high since I decided to transition a couple of weeks ago.
