I had a meeting today with the CEO of the big oil company I'm currently working at, ran him through my training and video and he was amazed and completely on board with helping. Absolute support - he's going to play my video before his next staff addresses and help me talk to all of the  senior managers.
It's a really amazing feeling seeing as I'm  starting my transition and feel so stressed about it to have some  someone like that not only say it's fine but to say "right this has got to change"
Happy?  I think so! Feel a bit shocked I think, but definitely starting to feel hopeful for the first time in my my life

It made me happy but it actually happened to my partner. Basically she found out about someone who is going through the same thing she is and has been really encouraged by how they're making it work. :)

I have trouble with mirrors and full-length are typically a dysphoric trigger. It was such a powerful moment that I'm still happy from it this morning.

I think I may be falling in love with someone I've known for a while and very much like.  I know she likes me quite a bit.  Limerence; a novel experience that I haven't had for 45 years or so.  I'll enjoy the ride no matter the outcome.

One of the employees at work yesterday was amazing to me!  We were talking about teeth and beauty, we eventually got around to age.  She was shocked when I told her I was 44 years old.  She asked how I did it, and  I said my medicine is doing it, kind of sending me through a second puberty.  She asked if I'm starting to have my periods again.  I told her no, and that it could never happen.  I told her I'm a transgirl, and she gave me a giant hug, and told me she would have never known and that I look amazing!

Well just last night I was taking selfies, and I took one that I loved, and I put it on my Facebook page which was a transition first for me, and I am just so happy with it, that today I am just walking around work happy, and I hit my 15th post today so I have my profile pic now and I'm a very happy and beautiful woman and life is beautiful.

In my ongoing attempt to build driving experience to get to the point I can make it to somewhere to actually do laser, I had a milestone today and despite insane anxiety survived super dangerous causeway bridge for the first time. I feel like I am a huge step closer to where I need to be, and I have a lot of hope I will be able to start treatment before my birthday in a few weeks.

(For those unaware this seems weird to, I didn't have a license until last month and I have a massive phobia of cars.)
