So I came out a few months ago.  All my friends and family know. My problem is I'm struck having girl time in my room due to Kuwait law.

My question to you is what can I wear to help me feel less gender dysphoria while at work.  I paint my toenails and wear appropriate undergarments.  I'm thinking cami's under my collared shirt.  Any and all suggestions are welcomed.  Thanks in advance.

For me the biggest thing that helped was removing all my arm hair and growing my fingernails.  I don't know if you can get away with doing that in Kuwait.

Maybe wear female footwear that looks gender neutral but YOU will know they are female.  Other than that I'd say female clothing that LOOKS gender neutral but be very careful, don't push too much as you might end up breaking the law.

I grew my nails, until two broke the same day.  So now I'm in the process of doing it again.  I need some pointers on how to keep them from breaking at work.

Your other suggestions make sense.  I'm give them a try, thank you.

I try to keep mine from breaking by filing them lightly at the ends so that they are super smooth at the ends so prevent snagging on things.  If there are little bumps I find they catch on things and can break.

If you do get a slight break go straight for the file and round it off to prevent any further catching/breakage.

Also finger position helps.  I try to use the pad of my finger to touch things if I can rather than the nail end which kinda looks more feminine anyway and so helps.  ;D
