If option 3 please help me in deciding on what to change it too

Something ive been thinking about

Hi Christy 🙋‍♀️ I only discovered my middle last week.  I was wondering if I should add it to my member name.  Jessica Marie is a pretty name, but Jessica is my first name and Marie is not a continuation of my first name, like Peggy Sue or Bobbi Jo. 
I like the sound of Christy Lee in that respect though.  It is a personal choice, but it's nice getting opinions.  I hope my opinion helps.
