For most, coming out at work is not an easy task. You can't be sure how your company or peers will respond to your revelation. And despite recent reports that the workplace is growing increasingly accepting to LGBT employees, people often don't know how to welcome a colleague who recently came out the closet.

I would also add "Have you had the surgery yet?"

Somewhere in all of this is a dual standard.  If you don't want those questions, you should not bring up the topic.  If you bring up the topic, be prepared for the questions.

Life is too flexible to be standardized by these types of lists.

like "what do you do in bed?" question.   My answer would be "sleep".  But it's doubtful anyone would ask that in that exact way.

a couple of other suggestions on the list would mean different things to different people.
