Doreen, for women all the outside parts are smaller and they are not near as noticeable when they become erect as it is with guys.

Well... ya lol.  I do know anatomy :)  Probably better than most in here, having inserted hundreds of catheters in both urethra versions.

Many (though not all) report a diminishing of their sex drive, ability to ejaculate, and remain at attention (if you catch my drift).   Some don't.   Again, dice roll.

Haha I have a very low sex drive, have a huge difficulty keeping an erection and plan on having no children. So no real change haha

It depends don't expect the hormones to make you look like a brand new person.   Expect to become a very very soft looking version of yourself.   Results will vary....

You do know women get morning erections?  The labia swell with blood (corpus cavernosum tissue), the clitoris becomes sensitive, vaginal secretions occur.

Yep get all that...I'm post-op. Adding a little T has made my clitoris sensitive where it wasn't before, significantly increased vaginal secretions and I'm even wet sometimes without arousal, the labia swells when I'm aroused (OUCH!) and when T got a little too high, spontaneous swellings/erections...so I turned it down a little. ;) I was also constantly in the mood. E in balance with T is great for me. :) Oh and orgasms, foreplay, amazing like NEVER before, in the right body. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

Might be T, and I've heard from many cis females it does that for them too.   My last T count was.. barely existent, but at least it was measurable.  Oddly I've never had any problems.. whatsoever.. with my sex drive.  Its always been supercharged.  When my Estrogen count got too high, it was like it wouldn't end, I was charged up 24/7.  Ouch.  I have no clue why, but I suspect its because *shocker* we're all different :D Its good you can have fun.
