If you really want to grow breasts, I recommend getting an endocrinologist to prescribe some estradiol and AA.  They'll monitor you closely to mitigate health risks, and ensure success.  Anything claiming it can do that for you without risks is lying, I'm not just parroting what's normally said here, I've done my own research, I had to wade through enough sources of non-credible information to know that the level of misinformation is extremely high with this, studies are few and far between so the number of sources that could be authenticated simply by checking up on any quoted studies were very sparse, I had to learn a bit about the endocrine system.

In the process, I found a lot of products that claimed to work, some really would work... For a while... And then they'd stop working, and you'd just be left with NO hormones, which is a really bad condition.  Some worked, but only in extremely high doses that were not tested for safety, and could easily cause high blood pressure, and other problems, and of course, 90% of the rest were all snake oil.  Some claiming they could feminize your body with 0 risks to health/sexual function (impossible, there will always be risks, the methods where you use a doctor, the doctor just mitigates those risks for you)

What's AA?

OK, UK wise you can also go the private route without waiting 5+ lifetimes for the useless NHS to get you an appointment... Sorry but sometimes they are useless..
You can sign a self assessment form and they  (private Consultant - I use GenderGP online) will do Psych and other assessments  and then they will either prescribe Hormones directly or through your local GP,  That is what I Have done as I will not pass as female for  a year or two and by that time  (recorded of course) I will have my first GIC meeting and go to them as a Woman , fully (apart from the GCS which I want the NHS to pay for .)
Btw  -6 months self med earlier last year  and 20 days HRT and I'm  42B atm.. the future looks good -  but I need to get to 38 soon I think,,,

So, let me get this straight, the first two digits are basically a person's girth, right?  Then the letters are the cup size?

Yes
Was 46  before meds and weight loss, still have a lot to go,  and the cup sizes aren't accurate at higher chest sizes.
Chest muscles have 'relaxed' a lot....
Should get down to a 38 and waist to a 32/34 over next year or so. Chest should get to a C at least... hopefully
