You're FtM, I guess from you mentioning Testosterone?
Well, usually it's easier for biological females to pass as male than the other way round, when you're not extremely petite; cut your hair and get some baggy male/non gendered clothes (A MtF would have a harder way to wear dresses and put on Make-Up). Of course, just when you feel comfortable to express yourself that way. Maybe you don't want to emphasize the "pressure" of men to have short hair, but it surely eases dysphoria in regard to society. The clothes should also work if you have large breasts, when you put a male jacket/mantle above. It's winter (where I live?) so no one should ask questions. At least on the outside, but going for a walk an passing is a dysphoria stop. Last week I went to a store in a foreign district and the vendor thought me being male.
I think the most betraying thing is a face.
I have an editing program on my phone, where I can change color and shade of a photo. When dysphoria's crippling, I have the strange habit to take selfies and edit them until they look as if "I'd pass", and mostly it's enough too deepen the shadows in a picture and take color from the lips. But I'm pretty androgynous anyway, so I can't promise it will be as easy for you, though good editing programs can work magic. Still, that's just a manner of mine, hence might even make you crave transistion more...
If you can't do any of those (p.e. you're not out yet; well I'm craven and not out too but did all those things anyway... No one would even get that "uttermost insane" [quoting a parent of mine] idea, that I'm Transgender, people are narrow-minded that way) or it is not as successful, then there only stays distraction: read, watch your favorite series, demanding music (science proved it works as a drug and as far I know it's the best and safest drug of all ehehehe), immerse yourself in your hobbies - preferably something not showing off what you might call mismatched body (as swimming). But please, please don't spend all of your time sitting on social media and surrounded by mindless stuff, trying to shut out your mind by dumbing it down for hours, because it just makes things worse anyway. Don't think of transgender issues all the time - yes it is important to be well educated but remember that gender is not EVERYTHING what determines YOUR personality, and it would be a waste to think so.
