Heya Kendra, I personally feel that you do not need heaps done.. A good face lift, hair line and a trac shave would set you up quite well. You already look quit girlie.. Many CIS women need bucket loads of makeup to look feminine.. Its often an illusion. Nice clothes and a nice hair stile can make heaps of difference..

I have searched the internet but I cannot find how to buy a new head for me.. LOL... From the neck down I am good.. So I am about 80% there.. 

But since this topic is related to Dr Spiegel.. I guess the only way I could afford his fees is to marry him.. I would truly love to have him work on me.. All surgeons have issues and that includes Dr Spiegel.. But for me.. he would be my choice if I could afford him.. Many of his results are quite outstanding..

And thank you TR... yes we are each our own worst critic.  My jaw line has improved a surprising amount after just 6 months HRT (muscles have reduced) but I still want FFS (scheduled for May 22).  I dislike my forehead shape.  On a windy day if more of my forehead shows I don't like that at all.

I think he is definitely one of the best, I have a better understanding after meeting in person and seeing Dr. Spiegel's experience in coming up with an FFS plan.
