I'm one of those in-between types.  I was identified male at birth because I have a penis.  I'm very short and have a head start on M2F transition because of a bad/good case of gynecomastia. My wife says my breasts are larger than those of a lot of ciswomen, and I am an almost B cup. I present as male and have a beard, but I get maam'ed about once a month, even on the telephone. Before the beard it was more often.

Not sure if my gender dysphoria is bad enough to transition all the way, or whether it is more a case of female envy with a touch of ->-bleeped-<-.  I've mostly worked on acceptance of where I am in therapy, but the desire doesn't go away.

I love my boobs.  My nipples are my best erogenous zone.  I can't orgasm without serious nipple stimulation.  I also love any part of them being fondled, and I enjoy the sensation of the way they bounce when I walk at just the right speed.  But they also have been an embarrassment.  Gym class was a nightmare.  I got lots of stares/name calling in the locker room and "shirts vs skins" was my nightmare when I had to go topless.

I suspect that one of the reasons I enjoy my breasts so much sexually is the testosterone running through my body. It makes any touch feel good.  My wife does not enjoy breast play nearly as much as me and her breasts so sensitive she does not like them being touched.

My question is this:  If I were to transition (and thus stop the testosterone poisoning), would my breasts lose their erogenous sensitivity?

If I were to start estrogen, would my breasts become too sensitive to touch?  What has been your experience?

I understand that loss of sensitivity often happens with breast augmentation, but I am not planning on that because my breasts are already almost OK even without hormones.   My mother has very large breasts so I suspect/hope that HRT would give me large ones.

While I'm relatively new on the boob show being on "E" just little over a month, I can say from my experience that they tend to be more sensitive and give me a "happy feeling" when touching them.
HRT since 1/04/2018

I enjoyed having mine played with prior to HRT and they are significantly more pleasurable after I started.

I am just over one year on HRT.  Mine are definitely more sensitive than before.  I just love having them touched.  I'll do it myself if I am not out in public.   ;D

I'm not sure your breast sensitivity is necessarily related to your testosterone.  I think it's a 'to each their own' situation.  My GF, for example, is very sensitive and loves breast play.
Mid 30s, assigned male at birth, seriously questioning my gender for the first time.

Thanks for the replies.  What is it like post-orchi or post SRS?
