In the midst of a certain amount of joy (yes, that new relationship). I'm having some angst. Some is professional stuff I'm thinking through and I'm processing some other emotional stuff.

And a woman I'm enamored of from an online dating thing cancelled our first (coffee) date tomorrow. So just a little sad, it still looks promising and I get that stuff comes up but it also sucks that this is very last minute.

And there's a women's discussion group thing in half an hour that I'm looking forward to but that's also stressful, going into a space with 20-30 women and talking about sensitive stuff.

Sooo, a tiny bit unsettled but certainly all is fundamentally OK

Affairs of the heart can be a stressful as they are exciting Sadie. She may well have had a good reason for canceling. I hope the meeting went well for you.

Loorie yes it was for a good reason, and it's not like I had trouble finding something to do this morning. I'm still a bit sad but it's not stressful, maybe frustrating.

The thing last night was great and at the dinner after I talked with a really fun artist. I learned a new thing which may be help to my lover, I also got some reading done, it was all around a good day :-)

Thanks Rachel, I'm doing better and in fact ok.

Today was a lesbian & bi book club meetup, that was a lot of fun and I was glad to see some women I've been getting to know, as well as some new to me.
