So I'm currently waiting for breast augmentation. Waiting until it's completely paid off ( payment plan ) and I am going for 425CC right and 475CC left.
I'm going for under the muscle placement. Cohesive gel, " gummy bears " as they say.
Hormonally my growth has been maxed out. I'm a large B-cup now. They are still sore but no visible additional growth anymore.
Personally I feel like it will give me a self-confidence boost. My surgeon agreed when I went for a consult some weeks ago that I was a good candidate.
How has breast augmentation helped to improve your silhouette?
Was it a key operation in your transition?

Some of us girls need help and some do not. In my experience, I did not need any help and it is my opinion that breast size is just not very important for my identity as a woman. Yes, breasts are gender confirming and many girls desire a fuller profile, which is fine for them.

For myself, I do have noticeable asymmetry, and I may get a BA sometime in future to even things out. I just have other priorities right now.

Breasts are very gender-confirming.
Women with bigger breasts are seen as more desirable in this society.
Breast augmentation is only a minor outpatient surgery so I only see plusses and no minusses.
I look so forward to having DD-sized breasts that are symmetric.
Being able to wear low cut tops and seeing the boys stare hmmmmm
