I wear a 40 D and I am happy with that, but I wish the left breast would catch up to the right breast. I the past year or so, I seem to have developed a significant amount of asymmetry.  I might consider a BA if I want to even things out.

I am somewhat doubtful if a BA is in my future because right now breasts are just not that important. I have enough already and breasts just feed babies (no longer needed), attract men (sometimes unwanted) and get in the way (all the time). Problems, problems, and more problems. What is a girl to do?

@ Chelsea: Thanks for your kind words.  Oh yeah, any bigger than a C cup on me would get in the way when I jog and run, etc.   Contrary to what many people think, biigger is not always better!!!!

I'm even thinking that C cup might get in the way of my golf swing but being 6'3" and not a stick for frame,  I might need C to look, I don't know, proportional.

Still under a year on hormones, but I'd say developing nicely, a comfortable B or very small C atm.

@ Daniellekai: That is good news indeed.  For under a year on HRT, the fact that you already have B-cup is a good sign.
For me at 2 years on HRT I was a full B-cup...  this is my 3rd year I finally got to a C-cup last month.   Of course, every body reacts differently and produces varying results.  Keep us posted and updated with your journey
