I have never had stretch marks in my life, nor have I ever been overweight--not that anything is wrong with that. However, I've been on bicalutamide for 3 months now. I haven't gotten estrogen yet, but t's coming. My doctor told me that bicalutamide would essentially aromatize small amounts of estrogen in my body.
I "manned" up the other night and looked at myself in the mirror, swallowing my gender dysphoria. I was butt-naked, and I noticed these red stretch marks on my booty, the sides of my hip area, and my thighs. Is this due to softening of my skin due to the (small) amount of estrogen in my body? Or is the lower half of my body actually gaining fat? I haven't even been on estrogen yet and I have stretch marks. I've heard of other trans-girls getting stretch marks, but they got their marks a YEAR after full HRT had begun.
Does anyone know if this is, once again, due to softening of my new 'feminine' skin, or because my skin is being stretched bc fat redistribution or whatever has already begun? I'm honestly sort of excited. My mother saw the stretch marks and she immediately handed me an ancient bottle of the cream she used after her C-section. But, these stretch marks kind of mark my womanhood...especially being where they are. I like them. Is that weird?
Sorry for the spiel. Thanks!
