Long story short, happen to be at Disneyland for a bit on vacation this week, and well they had a Dress shop with such adorable outfits. Now this happens to be a very public setting and there was a Snow White inspired dress I was really looking at. Seeing as these are probably only at the parks, what ideas would you suggest. Granted they are pricy but so worth it. Plus accessories to go with it.

Disney is very LGBT friendly.  I know multiple trans folk that work there or have worked there.  So just bite the bullet and ask to try and buy—or if you cannot go back there, try to get the dress through one of Disney's online sales operations.

Hi Gwen, I was just there.  To me it's a tough environment.  It's LGBT friendly...but it's also very traditional family oriented and full of kids.  So, I for sure understand your reservations.  But...be bold and just get it.  They'll let you try on so have a great time, and find the one that fits and have fun.  And yeah, you're gonna get the looks from moms and dads but you just have to stand tall.  Or short...whichever.  LOL

I'd try it on and buy it. If people look at you...what does it matter? They don't know you and chances are minimal that you will see them again. And if you do, they have forgotten about it.

We are often our own worst enemy.

If you really want it, you will regret forever that you did not try it on and buy it!

Go for it girl! Keep you head up and go for it.

I have found it fascinating looking at lolita /brolita dressup photos where people dress up in ultra femme dresses - your attraction to the disney dress reminded me of this. Usually its at some function that brings a lot of like minded people together doing it.  Have you ever seen this on the net?
Personally I would LOVE to try this at least once, I don't know how well I would pull it off but I think it would be so much fun!

I haven't heard of things like this yet but it does sound very fun and right up my alley maybe lol. But on a sad note I went back last night cause everyone else had gone back to the hotel early and stopped in. They didn't have my size but for those that are discreet or traveling they will ship it to your home. But thanks for all the encouragement. It helped a lot.
