It's not going to change my view on SRS anyway. I don't want it and I don't let anyone force me.

My therapist was trained as a sexologist and not as a gender specific therapist, she has a bachelors degree and a masters degree though.
She helped me with HRT a few years ago as well.
People seam shocked when you want to live as a woman with dangly bits.
Society still wants to force THE OPERATION on every trans person it seams.
I am a binary woman and my penis doesn't threaten my womanhood.
Some girls have a penis and some boys don't.
I will probably go through the orchiectomy at one point though.
Especially now that she expressed being comfortable writing a letter for it.
She has two other trans patients too. The other two are trans men.
