My breasts are sore like never before and my hips are itchy and sore as well.
Can a growth spurt still happen after 2+ years on HRT?
My breasts look and feel fuller than 3 months ago and my hips are broader than 6 months ago which I compared with a photo of back then.

I thought it was unlikely that I would still see boob development after 2+ years, let alone hip development.

fat redistribution is 6 to 8 years, so that isn't too surprising.  And breast development is reported well into year 6.

Probably just depends on how your body reacts to new To Testosterone level and Estrogen level reversal. My breasts already sore just after three months with HRT.

Even 25 years after starting E, and 23 years after the orchi, they can have a growth spurt. This happened with me after having my prescription changed from Premarin to estradiol.

I was 25 when I started.

Well Transfused you are certainly young enough for pelvic bone growth still,, so I would say that yes that is a definite possibility.
