I am considering switching to my husbands Cigna plan. I know eventually I will just have to call them, but I am curious about a couple things.

1. Do they pick your surgeon for you?

2. I want the button hole technique. Dr. Sherie is closer to me,  it she doesn't take insurance, and to be frank, I don't like her results as much. So for my question: has anyone gotten Cidna to pay for a surgeon that is on the other side of the country?

3. How long does it take to get everything worked out? I have only been on T for two months this go around. I am getting more and more anxious about my face masculinization and early whiskers, with my C cup chest. I cannot bind for health reasons.
