I miss playing Dungeons and Dragons, have not been back to my old group in over a year. It was all fun before transition and since they started treating me like a girl... well it was good for my ego, bad for having a fun time. The scenario's went sort of like this " The nerd orc approaches you and stammers "Ummmm miss you's goes out with Skull Krusher for mead and hobbit haunch?" Reply, no I am flattered but I am attached to another. Not thwarted Skull Krusher "What partner does not know will not hurt?" Me look kind orc, you are nice and all and your parents have a fabulous hovel and you get to use their mule and all.. but I am happy with my partner.... Flash forward... You hear a loud snap of breaking wood from behind you as you pivot about you see Skull Krusher trying to pull his Warhammer from the table that you had your back to...
At that point I picked up the nerd snacks, the pepsi and cokes... my books, dice etc and left. Not a word from me. The group leader follows me out the door asking what my issue is.... I told him did not appreciate the nerd rage and how dare you allow this to happen because I told your buddy no. He retorts with well you should be happy a guy is asking you out who is aware of what you are... At that point my partner comes out with her books in hand etc... and she gets why are you leaving? Her "You all insulted my partner and she does not deserve this treatment..." Look on group of befuddled nerds faces... (priceless) you are partners? We just thought you were two chicks who played D&D you come in separate cars and don't talk much in game and your personas are always at odds on how things should proceed. At that point I left and she continued to talk to them. Neither of us have been back in over 6 months. So yes it would be great to see live stream... until then will kill pixels in EQ
