I'm Moira and I hope to learn a few things from these forums. I'm MtF in pretty much the earliest state, as I haven't even talked to psychiatrists about this (I lack the courage, simply...) but I hope I can achieve my goal someday and become who I ought to have been from the very beginning.

Oki...well, I'm 20 years old, living in Denmark (Around Vejle. I'd be very interested in talking with someone from my area if such are to be found ^^') and currently on my way to becoming a great classical singer...Barytone, unfortunately. Yeah.

I'm glad you made it here, there are many who will give you advice, support and just an ear sometimes if times get rough.

Wow, classical singer, that would be a lovely life to live, singing as a profession, I wish you all the luck in the world to get to the top.

My female voice isn't really strong enough for classical singing...or rock...both of which my male voice do rather nicely...

But I'd really like to sing some...blues, or...jazz...or...just...indie...or soft rock...

Which I think fits my female voice rather well! So there's hope for music and me.

Yeah, I've been looking around the forums a bit now, and it just...wow, I really think I'll like it here ^^

Actually, I feel so inspired, I've deceided to look up a phone-number for a psychiatrist (gonna go do it now, after I've pressed post!) and then call her/him/it tomorrow so I can get this rolling.

I hope she'll be able to help me seek out the people I need to start my transition.

Am I excited? I think so!

        It's great to hear you're okay with yourself.  It'll make it easier to make the journey.   

        If you have the opportunity, you should take advantage of a therapist if only to have the thrill of telling someone your story out loud.   It feels so good once you have someone to talk to.
