!!!REBIRTH=legal name change on Feb 16th 2018!!!
This is where life begins for me. It's a miracle I finally got it done.

Since November last year I have:

Lost 50 pounds
Grown breasts to a c cup
Developed a figure (46,37,44) So modest but far better than what I had!
Improved my skin and hair
Gone full time (Started Jan)
Begun the process of collecting documentation for orchie
Built a female wardrobe
Removed 60% of my facial hair
Gone from being a curiousity to passing most of the time.
Finally got HRT up to the dose I'll likely keep for the next few years
Got my cholesterol under control
Learned the basics of makeup

I say 2018 is my year!
Every day is a totally awesome day
Every day provides opportunities and challenges
Every challenge leads to an opportunity
Every fear faced leads to one more strength
Every strength leads to greater success
Success leads to self esteem
Self Esteem leads to happiness.
Cherish every day.

I Am Jess

Just lived my life as the woman I am.  I've pretty much accomplished everything on the transition check list and now I just get to settle into the routine of living as a 56 year old 6'2" woman.  The only thing really left for me to do is offer support, guidance and inspiration to those coming along behind me.

Not that much so far this year, had top surgery 7/3/18 with plastic surgeon, and I'm about to buy myself some hair clippers as I've decided to go short.

Holding it together really. Going from my masculine cultural DNA past(Polemology), to my new feminine cultural DNA(redefinining at the moment, conservatively), meshing it together, and pressure cooking it under real world conditions, with the help of this place, and a couple of real live humans.

Got my insurance preauthorization back for FFS,
Had my SRS consult a couple weeks ago with Dr Raphael
Finally got my 2nd letter for SRS
Submitted insurance paperwork for SRS
Switched from pills to injections for estradiol
So far I'm on track for a late July, early August misery session with SRS then FFS within 2-3 weeks of each other.  It's going to be great to have that all done but the recovery might be a tad rough.

Other than that just loving life as close to what I should have been as possible.

Continuing my electrolysis for my face and I think it is finally going to be complete this year. Cross my fingers.

To go along with my posting about an hour ago.... here is a picture of me at my work today...  I am getting way too much attention from my suitor guy... he came back into my office just about a half hour ago wondering if I will go to dinner with him.........

Now, what to do next!! ??? :icon_help:

WOW.  I can understand.  I hope you have a big cane to beat back the line of suitors you have or are going to have.

Jessica, that is a very long list and we are only 2 1/2 months in.  You go girl.

Hey Janet Mock is speaking up in Denver this Friday.  We have some people going if you can make it up to Denver.  Message me if interested.  Julie
