My therapist knows now

Well I told my therapist this week that Im trans and I was nervous so I said it without saying Im trans. While we were talking, he started looking up trans support groups so I know he got what I was trying to say.

Im not sure where things go from here.

That's a big step Larisa!  Opening up your true self to a therapist is enlightening.  It only gets easier the more you go.

I always open up to my Therapist that I am Transgender Female, and that why I talk to her for advised.

Congratulations on that big step.  I'm interested in what you told them.  I let my therapist make the gender dysphoria diagnosis.  It made it easier to come out to others.
