Not to depart form the "You Look Fabulous Darling" subject but for a short time.....  I thought that the F-5 Tiger was retired, and the subsequent development based on the F-5,  the T-38 as a USAF and USN-USMC Trainer... I know that Northrop sold the F-5 to many, many nations world-wide and is still in service in most of those nations.   
What is the current "Trainer" jet in the USAF and USN-USMC now??  or is it still the T-38??   or ??
A curious mind, air show and military aircraft nut wants to know.

VT for Vertical Take-Off?  Like our old Harriers except a little faster, lol.

Nellis AFB is probably less than a mile away and every morning from 8am - 10pm, we get to hear the "Sounds of Freedom" soaring overhead.  Wonder how much gas, aviation fuel they use, lol.

Still the T-38 for training until they get around to replacing it.  I see them flying out of Whiteman AFB fairly often.
