Whoa, this is kind of nerve-wracking, I've never had any issues aside from getting a little dizzy sometimes, but some of the claims in here make Spiro look not only bad, but anti-productive for HRT. Can you really obtain female levels pre-op with estradiol only?

It is possible to transition with only E, yes. When reading something, remain critical, check for studies, try and read those studies from A to Z, find out whether the evidence is strong or not, etc. Don't just believe everything you read. Also, share findings with your doctors, ask them questions, etc.

Androgen Deprivation Therapy makes for some interesting reading.. Multiple repeatable studies. Additional meta-studies. Just one of the many reading options when it comes to E-based therapies.
