It's a tad offensive in that it has people of the wrong gender play the trans people, but it makes fun of the naive questions Larry asked in that segment.

I watched his segment as well and I was not impressed with the questions he asked.  You would have thought that he or his staff would have researched the topic a little before hand.  But then this is entertainment, you don't need to be accurate you just need to entertain and go for the ratings.
