Hello,

I am a Transgender who feels blessed to be able to pass as a man or  a woman. I have developed  a kind of passion in being gender fluid. Shaving my head, but still having breasts. I live a very romantic almost playful life becoming a woman and being  a man. I would like to stop for a moment and look at my dysphoria if it is  a mood disorder, and look at the freedom it gives me, to curl up and feel sexual with a diverse crowd, to express a hidden nature after the genotype that has created the species. I can no longer believe that if there is a God that she would not want us to transition. People feel transitioning is like the tortoise and the hare where each step along the way you become a different person. For me it is more of a strange psychodynamic with the broadest range of self imaginable, and each transition is as a pull in the direction you feel comfortable with in expressing yourself and your present gender.  can you describe some ways in which you feel comfortable with the scope of your gender.

My experience is similar to yours, but in reverse, since on the transition scale I'm mtf.
I don't though feel my personality has changed.  Repression can give that appearance, but in my view, transitioning allows you to be who you are, not the facade you called yourself.
It's like the names that a cat has, one that the family calls you, one that the cat wants you to call it, and the one that is what the cat calls itself.
It gives me the freedom to feel and be who I am.

Hello,

For the most part yes, I feel my sense of self is very broad, but in my case it is not so clearly defined. There are some days when I express myself distinctly as a woman, and some days where I am transitioning in some normal, sub-culture, M t F mostly male, but moderately female approach.  I feel I am very normal, and very feminine, yet identifying as male is also part of who I am, and not my way of holding onto false beliefs.
