Hi,  I'm a 25 year old bi-sexual, androgynous eunuch.  I lost my testicles in a climbing accident over 2 years ago. Even though been on TRT for a year I have become noticeably more feminine since I was castrated. I don't id as a eunuch, more as an androgynous female. I'm not looking for SRS but would like to across further to the feminine side possibly eventually becoming a tgirl. Does anyone have experience of transitioning from eunuch to tgirl.   Justine x

Hi, welcome
I don't have experience with this but I imagine talking with a doctor your trust and who specializes in mtf hrt is a good start. The good thing in as a transgender female you won't need any testosterone blocker(s) and you won't need to get an orchi surgery. Sounds like an advantage a lot of us starting including myself wish we had!

Hi, Justine!

Welcome to Susan's.

Your experience may be unique, and may provide you with some challenges should you ever want to have SRS.  But you likely have a lot in common with many members here.

I would recommend talking to a gender therapist, to explore your desire to transition and to help you decide just how and how much you want to transition.

Please feel free to stop by the Introductions forum to tell the members about yourself.  Here is some information that we like to share with new members:

Thanks Allison, I should count myself lucky.  Losing my balls when I did was a major shock to the system and I'm not sure where I would be re transitioning if I wasn't already castrated. It feels like a case of every cloud has a silver lining though, no blockers required has to be good.  Justine x

Justine,
I just deleted a dumb question, but wanted to come back and welcome you to the site. Glad you are here. I remember when I came out to my doctor, he said I was his second trans patient. The first  was someone who had his  testicles removed due to cancer. Now that person has fully transitioned complete with surgery, GCS. I just remember thinking that the odds were slim that this cancer victim happened to be trans. Maybe the loss of testicles pushes her in that direction. Didn't talk to her so don't know. Sounds like you already had feminine leanings though?  Like the standard answer goes, exploring with a therapist might be good to do. I'm Moni, glad to talk to you.

Hi Moni,  yes I certainly say I felt partly feminine. My feelings, probably more feminine than male. I was already androgynous then. I can say I feel both male and female at the same time.  I'm slim with delicate features and almost no body hair (one of the after effects of castration for me). I can pass as a girl if I dress accordingly. However...  clothes off, I look male, I have quite defined musculature (as in athletic not body builder) and I have a functional penis.
So all in all quite complicated. As for desires, complicated too, but I like tgirls a lot, feminized males possibly and straight-ish women maybe if they are of the androgynous type. Justine x

Justine,
It sounds like you are way more flexible than myself. I am highly binary. The future is certainly what you make it, however you feel most comfortable. Not  a bad situation to have. You can take steps and see how they fit. You have plenty of time to explore and I certainly wish you luck with it.

Hi KathyLauren,  thank you for your welcome.  I'll fill in the introduction when I can decide where to start, it could go on a bit.  Justine x

Hi again Moni,   I'm still learning, quite some way to go yet I think. Thank you for your kind wishes, good luck to you too.

Welcome! And good luck on your process. It'll certainly be easier to get more feminine since you already have a head start and don't produce testosterone anymore.

Hi Charlie Nicki, thanks for your post. It looks like not having any balls to start with could turn out to be an advantage. Along with a few other things I'm trying to find out what is likely to happen to my other bits down there. I still have a scrotum which I would really like to have removed. I want to keep my penis but I assume it will get smaller. I plan to see a gender therapist in a couple of weeks. I like the forum a lot though because there are people here with real experience who are kind enough to answer my naive questions.
