"These college housing experiments are increasing in Maryland -- slowly. Goucher started its program for the 2007-2008 academic year. The University of Maryland, College Park and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County plan to begin pilot programs this fall. Still, many other Maryland schools, including Johns Hopkins, Towson and Morgan State universities, do not allow co-ed housing on campus."

wow, I lived in a co-ed dorm, in Iowa, back in the 70s.  Hard to think that Iowa is more progressive than Maryland.
