Hello KoalaClover, welcome to Susan's!
I have had GCS/SRS earlier this year, mine was not with Dr. Jurgen. I am hoping someone who is more familiar with Dr. Jurgen's procedure will reply.
Normally I would recommend contact your surgeon directly to obtain the most accurate information. Also we cannot provide any diagnosis on Susan's - some things are best left to medical professionals.
A few surgeons in Thailand recommend dynamic dilation, but I think most GCS surgeons in Europe and North America have their patients use static dilation. But this is just a guess and it would be best if there is some way for you to contact your surgeon (email, phone, etc.)
I assume you have a set of dilators, starting with size #1 and over the next few weeks and months increasing diameter to size #2, #3, and maybe #4 if you can do that without losing any depth. All the dilators I have seen are marked with dots to measure depth from 10cm (4 inches) to 15cm (6 inches). I was told dilator size #3 is important because that's the same size as a standard medical speculum used for physical exams later on. If you don't have a full set of dilators, let me know and I'll provide a link to one of the suppliers.
Since this was your first post I'll provide information to help with navigation and has site guidelines.
