Hi! My name is Jake, well I'd like to be called Jake. I came from the country where this FTM singer announced that his name will be Jake Zyrus, if you know who he is.. then you know where I'm from. For the record, I wanted my name to be Jake even before he announced his name.

I stumbled upon Susan's Org while looking for stuff online about FTM transitioning. It's my third month on T and I'm excited about the changes happening in me. I'm so eager to write about the important things I'm experiencing while transitioning. There are minute details and there are the most important details as well, they all sum up this wonderful journey that I want to share with others, not just to those who understand how it feels like to transition but also to those who has no idea how transitioning feels like.

Hello Jake,  Thank you for introducing yourself.  I see that you are new here and may have questions and concerns, this is the right place for you to be to find out what others have done that may have been in your circumstances.
