I had the pleasure to have lunch in Bangkok with the director and actor of this Pulitzer prize winning play, about the early pioneers of tgs coming out, will have its premier in Bangkok.  A facinating story about Charlotte during the Nazi and Communism era. Her positive attitude and achievements in a time when tgs were just so foreign and unknown is truly inspirational. You can fiind out more on the  fb below.

When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

I read about Charlotte von Mahlsdorf a long time ago.  I could never have such courage or endurance.  I remember reading, e.g., about how she survived during WWII only because the firing squad was distracted by something more urgent, and how during the communist era she was forced to give up most of her prized antique collection.
