Hi, I had an orchiectomy 22 days ago. I thought that I'd be able to tuck my penis with tight panties, but when I wear tight bottoms, it still shows. Maybe it's just me being self conscious, or maybe I'm still swollen on the sides, I can't really tell because I don't remember what the sides looked like. I just never really paid attention to the sides.

Can anyone recommend a course of action or specifically gaffs. I don't want thongs, as they have a tendency to make your butt crack raw after a while, particularly in the heat. Any suggestions would be really appreciated :)

I'm still hoping for one that works well after pelvic tilting. Most of them are made to fit men's hips, obviously. I have not found any that work for hips that have transitioned.

All I can say is I usually wear men's Jockey bikini cut underwear. I do have to make the back fit kinda like a thong but it keeps tight enough then to remain tucked. The men's underwear is a heavier fabric and that style doesn't have the normal man flap in it.
