i know this sounds a stupid question to ask, but i'm really not sure.

i'm 22 and i thought i'd finished puberty a couple of years ago as my body seemed to have stopped changing, and i thought i'd been lucky and not developed much stomach hair (euch) and no chest hair.

but over the past few months its been growing again, and now its growing really really quickly.  and i have to pluck it every couple of days, otherwise it gets out of control. ok i might be exaggerating a little, but you get my point.

anyway my question is does this mean that i still haven't finished puberty? isn't 22 really late to finish?

and i was also wondering that if chest hair is still developing, does that mean that my facial hair is still developing?  because i've been having it lasered for the past 8 months, and it isn't working very quickly.  so i was wondering is that because of new facial hair keeping coming through, or is it just my hair being stubborn?

Some people develop late in life. I know that I really didn't start growing chest hairs until I was into my 30's and as far as shaving goes. I didn't start shaving every day until I was almost 40. When I began my HRT program, most of my body hair just left. I still had to have electrolysis, but not as bad as some that I know. I never finished as my hairs are very fine. Look at your family tree, does your father have the same hair pattern?

Hi,

My body's been slow in puberty, I love that, it's a great advantage when transitioning and it will make the whole process a lot quicker.

I didn't develop hardly any hair on my body and my voice didn't break either. Which was a bit embarrising at the time but now it's an advantage. Puberty varies on different people and not everyone experiences the same things to the same degree.

"Yuck!!" was to hairy. But after two years of epilating took care of that. Only need to epilate my body hair every two weeks. As for the facial hair I use Vaniqa, it's a cream that comes in tubes. Really did a good job of eliminating the facial hairs. As for body development I was what is called a late bloomer as well. I didn't start growing facial and body hair until I was 25 years old.
