Hi all!
     My name is Isabelle but literally everyone calls me Izzy, so let's stick with that. I'm 20 years old, and I'm in my third year of college studying chemistry at the University of Michigan, and I'm a total gamer geek. I'm a trans woman in the late stages of transition. I've been on HRT for 4 years, lived full time as female for just as long, and I have bottom surgery scheduled in less than two months with Marci Bowers (so very excited!) I've been led to believe that I transitioned relatively young and for that I'm very grateful. I have a very supportive mother and boyfriend who have really helped me stay positive and follow through with the insane number of hoops I have to jump through to transition. I've had to change my name, do many months of therapy, finish stacks of paperwork, basically cut off all ties with half of my family, and most demoralizing of all, wait, and wait, and wait, but here I am, just months from possibly the last major step in my transition, and I couldn't be more impatient. I know it will all be worth it. But anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello Izzy    Thank you for coming here to the Introductions Forum after @Jessica  mentioned it to you in her WELCOME message to you on  "Sex after Surgery" thread that you first posted on.

You did a nice job with your introduction post and included some interesting details about yourself that will permit other members here to exchange better and more pertinent and like minded messages and replies to you.

Sounds like you have some great people in your court providing that all important support. I guess by comparison to me you did start a bit younger  but that is just great you were able to. I get your excitement about your upcoming surgery especially with someone as well known for great work as Marci Bowers. I am sure you will be in very capable hands. I hope the surgery goes smoothly and your recovery is with incident.
