Finally I just celebrated my first anniversary... time does fly fast... one year is just like a blink; however, what happened a year ago has been like long time ago... After all, many things happened during the past year, and the most difficult part has passed... It's really a milestone! I'm 1yo now... :)

Life does give us a lot of surprises in one year after SRS, doesn't it?  ;)  I'm so happy for you, Asianrose.  Yes indeed, it does seem like a  million years ago, but sometimes it seems like it were yesterday, go figure! :)

Anyway, whatever life is going on... I did cry and smile at my 1st anniversay... :)

Hi AsianRose,

I wanted to say how happy I am for you.  I'm 6 months behind you and hope and pray that I feel as good and as positive as you do.  I feel good and positive now, but ya' nevah' kno'. ;)

Thanks for your update!  It's extremely special :D and again I'm super happy for you!!!!!

Thank you very much, Rommie. I really wish everything will go well for you... It actually takes a good one year to get totally healed, and to be feel really 100% ok, probably need even longer... so patience is the key word... Many thinks again and best wishes to you!

Thanks for posting all of this information. I'm at 63 days post op and it's nice to read the above. It's nice to see an approximate plan time to get back to 'normal'

Hi MCMCyn,

Congradulation to you being 2 monthes post op. That reminds me that I was struggling against pain and dilation at that stage last year, and at the same time the worst part had passed, and I felt more back being human at that time... hopes are just ahead and not far there...  I wish you fast recovery!

As our driver's card, and many other documents, say F - for female, enjoy just everyday simple feminine experiences! I love waking in the morning in one of my nightgowns and panties - that fit right now! After my shower and other Female waking rituals; I get some coffee.

ALL OF THIS is now completely natural to me like auto pilot. (You can get there - patience BECAME, one of  my expanding virtues. Then get ready for work, where I am expected to wear professional feminine attire. Fresh Lingerie, now Victoria Secret or (their are to many to mention) other selections, I put on a slip - Only for work days now! But matching designer bra and full panty sets make me feel pretty, secret, and feminine everyday.

I fix my freshly washed hair style (from my salon), my nails, maybe touch up; and begin applying my make-up. (I owe this more to my patient friends and loving Mom, than anything.

In short, I love being a young woman including dealing with 'everything'. Attitude is 90%. Lisa69
Hi! I didn't feel really different at four, I just loved my family, and knew I was a girl like my older sister. My physician parents sent me to psychiatrists, and I was diagnosed transgender. I went to an accepting school where I could dress as the girl I was an take the puberty delaying meds and later female hormones. My SRS surgery was at 18. I'm now 23; love men! I love being female!
