Hey all, I just thought I'd share this.

My therapist recommended a book to me awhile back that deals with the medical implications that transgender men face; it is titled "Medical Therapy and Health Maintenance for Transgender Men: A Guide For Health Care Providers" by R. Nick Gorton MD, Jamie Buth MD, and Dean Spade Esq.

It pretty much covers the whole gamut of what a guy might face, from different ways of administering T and its effects to continued health maintenance to (unfortunate but true) health complications.  There's also info on name changes.  It's useful to have that much info in one place, and the book is available for a free download here: http://www.nickgorton.org/

Yeah, it's a good resource. He knows what he's talking about. I recommended it to my GP too.
