hey y'all,
I'm just over 4 months on T. I do weekly injections and Mondays are my injection days.
I've noticed that on Sundays, more often than not, I'll get a mild cluster-like headache. Has anyone else on T experienced headaches the day before their shot day?
And does anyone have advice (other than upping T-dose***) to ease the pain?

*** The reason I say other than upping my dose is because I am being seen by a professional. I had a 1 month check-up, a 3 month check-up (where I had blood drawn), and will have a 6 month check-up. I mentioned the headaches at my 3 month and they said to to come in the day before I do my T shots to see how my levels are at at the end of my dose and that will determine whether or not my Dr feels OK with upping my dose.

Thanks!

I'd wait to hear from your doctor of course, but it seems likely that dropping t levels would be the problem if it's always around the time your shot is due.  I think I was 3 or 4 months in when I had my dose raised, and haven't seen any issues so far since.
as for what to do about headaches, I tend to get them when I'm stressed, and I will either drink water with lemon or something with a bit of caffeine, rest, and take some acetaminophen if I really feel like I need it.  dark chocolate and black coffee are also good for headaches in my experience.  not sure how bad yours are, but Excedrin migraine has always been my "big gun" of choice.

and just practice general prevention when possible, like avoiding excessive stress and heat, eating right, and staying hydrated, etc :^P

The Testosterone tab only exist in one place. The number of members who might use testosterone are only about 1,000 in number so my goal was to place your post in the location where it's most likely to be seen and receive a response.

As for me, I am a very post op MTF however if you should review my position history, you will find I post all over the place including  some of my more popular locations. The point of this site is much like a library to provide you with the information you need. To do this, we don't worry about how you identify but where you will get the information you require. I could move your post back however it's unlikely you will receive much of a response there.

Yeah I think it is dropping t levels since I woke up with the headache and it went away after my t shot this morning. Oh well. I'm sure my dr will help me sort it out at my next check in. Thanks for the tips! I'll have to try the dark chocolate / pick some up just to enjoy in general lol.
