I decided to dress up like the bra and everything. I put on this shirt and my zip hoodie. I didnt zip it up completely either. I went out in front of my house where people might see me. I know it's a small step but it's huge for me!

Hi Larisa, all of these little steps will help you gain the confidence to get to where you want to be. Before you know it it will just be normal life.
