So the last few days I have been furiously trying to figure this out and Google has not really helped.

Im aware that laser or electro-whateva it is, lol, kills the facial hair bits that it grow from, but if a transwoman is on HRT and AA does this hair grow back after the surgery? Or is that it is the facial hair unable to regrow while taking these horomnes after hair removal.

Further more, im unsure what happens post-op, are you still producing testosterone? If your post op and have hair removal is that that or do you have to consistently work on removing it

Unfortunately, you have to continue working on hair removal no matter what your hormone status.  Your body's natural hormones did their thing at puberty, and now they are mostly out of the picture.  Now, it's just hair growing, and it will continue to grow until killed by electrolysis.

AAs will not prevent facial hair growth.  They might (or might not) slow it down a little.

Post-op, your body will likely still produce a teeny-tiny amount of testosterone.  Even cis women have testosterone in small quantities.  But, your major sources of T will be gone.  And your facial hair will still grow.  Electrolysis is the only way to get rid of it.

Most cis women don't have to shave because their hair is so fine and so sparse.  There are exceptions, and they are electrolgists' main clients.

For trans women, our facial hair is coarse, dense, and often dark.  The dark is a problem, because the cut ends of the hairs show dark even when they are below the surface of the skin.  If you have actively growing dark facial hair that you need to shave, you will need makeup to hide the beard shadow. 

I am lucky in that most of my facial hair is white.  And, after 1 year and a half of electrolysis, there is less of it, so I can usually get away without makeup if necessary.  I did have a patch of dark hair on my upper lip wake up last month, and had to cover it up with makeup until I could get it zapped.

Once the hairs are all killed, the shadow will be gone, and makeup will be optional.

I suggest you conduct an all out assault on the hair.  Get laser and electrolysis both at the same time.
Laser will kill the easy stuff, dark and thick, electrolysis kills everything but costs more and is painful and slow.  I have to do both and probably everyone else.  I have grays on my face that laser can't kill.

Yeah, laser first if you have fair/light skin and dark facial hair. After laser, the white hair will remain, which require electrolysis.

And trust me, you will have white hair 

I thought that I would not have, but after dark was gone mostly with laser, there definitely is white hair...
